Director of Finance, Dr.  Rezzan Neslihan VURAL attended the test drive event of Çekmeköy-Sancaktepe-Sultanbeyli Metro Project. The event was held with the participation of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem IMAMOGLU. During the event, the Mayor thanked our director Ms. Vural and her team for their devoted work in obtaining the financing which is needed for the construction of the line.

 The construction of Çekmeköy-Sancaktepe-Sultanbeyli Metro Line was restarted with the management change in 2019.  The project was financed with a Deutsche Bank loan of 110 million Euros and a Eurobond issue of 60 million Euros through the works in our directorate.  We continue our financing efforts with the intention of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank to be the guarantor in order to obtain the 125 million Euro loan needed for the continuation of the project construction at an affordable cost in today’s market conditions.
