An expert team has been formed within the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Financial Services Department in order to make financial reporting and analysis processes more effective. The team, consisting of Finance Manager Özge TOY, Budget and Audit Manager Abdulkadir KAYALOĞLU, Finance Deputy Manager Ezgi DOĞAN TAŞ, and Budget and Audit Deputy Manager Utku GÖKÇE, aims to take the sustainable financial management approach one step further and present it in a transparent and agile manner with financial studies, executive reports, and consolidated presentations in order to strengthen financial management.
