Türkiye’s first local government Green Bond, worth USD 715 million, which we offered to investors as Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality on the London Stock Exchange in 2023 and attracted USD 2.6 billion in demand, was awarded the “Quasi-Sovereign Bond Deal of the Year” at the Bonds, Loans & ESG Capital Markets awards ceremony organized by Global Banking & Markets.
