Our Department has started negotiations with Yapı Kredi Bank to revise the promotional amounts in August, 2022 because of unstable economic conditions and increasing salaries in line with current conditions. In this context, a total of 4 offers were submitted by the bank. As a result of the negotiations, the revised contract was signed in a way to meet the expectations of IMM employees at the highest level. With this contract, the current salary protocol was extended until July 2025 and an agreement was reached with Yapı Kredi Bank for a promotion of 27.000 TL in advance per employee. In this context, Yapı Kredi Bank made a total payment of 2,025,000,000 TL.  Taking into account the average salary, this figure was one of the highest promotion fees a private bank would pay
