An additional loan agreement of 75 million Euro was signed between IMM and EBRD to be used in the Ümraniye – Ataşehir – Göztepe metro line project.

The Mayor of IMM, Ekrem İmamoğlu said: “Previously, we have received totally 175 million Euro loan for this line, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank and Societe General. With the financial support provided on August 27, 2019, we started the work on this line in the fastest way on October 10, 2019. Currently, the progress in our line is at 55 percent. Now, with the 75 million, we will work hard to put this line into the service of our people as soon as possible.
