He was born in Kastamonu in 1980. He graduated from the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Marmara University. He completed his master’s degree in the Department of Business Administration at the Graduate School of Ibni Haldun University. Between 2007 and 2023, he worked in the Banking, Domestic Loans, External Loans, and Analysis & Reporting units within the Financing Department of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. In 2023, he was appointed as Deputy Director in the same department. As of July 2024, he was appointed as Acting Head of the Budget and Audit Department. In addition to his current position, as of March 2026, he has also been appointed as Acting Head of the Financing Department. He is married and has two children.
