In this context, a total of 4 offers were submitted by the bank. As a result of the negotiations, the revised contract was signed in a way to meet the expectations of IMM employees at the highest level. With this contract, the current salary protocol was extended until July 2025 and an agreement was reached with Yap\u0131 Kredi Bank for a promotion of 27.000 TL in advance per employee.
